RMHC Community Meeting Room


Community Meeting Room Available for Use by Outside Organizations

The RMHC Community Meeting Room serves as the meeting space for the RMHC Board of Directors and is also made available to outside groups. Priority is given to not for profit organizations that focus on the well being of children. The Community Meeting Room is ideal for groups of up to 35 participants.

 

About the RMHC Community Meeting Room

 

Our community meeting room includes a beautiful set of 8ft tables that seats 20 people comfortably, with soft padded chairs. Additional tables and chairs are available on request, seating between 25 and 30 people. The room can accommodate up to 50 chairs if your group does not require tables.

 

The room is equipped with a big screen TV, a projection screen for presentations and wireless access available for presentations from an outside laptop. We also have a phone conference system that can be used upon request. Ample space is provided in the room for food and drinks. Your lunch or meeting can be catered or you can provide your own food. We ask our guests to clean up after themselves and refrain from bringing alcohol into the Community Meeting Room. We do not charge for the use of the Community Meeting Room, but we do gladly accept your donation. All donations will directly benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Corpus Christi. In addition, we welcome donations of items from our wish list.

 

Hours of availability are from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. We ask that you schedule your meeting at least two weeks in advance to secure your spot.
